This Project consists of the redevelopment of existing residential apartments providing a new ground plus a 9-storey building and 2 levels of basement, including residential serviced apartments, shops and leisure facilities. A single storey rooftop extension to the retained and refurbished Estate will provide additional residential units. Additionally, a new row of townhouses to the west of the site is proposed and a new landscaped garden will enhance this unique estate and conservation area.
